WHAT’S FILLING UP YOUR PET FOOD?

Many other pet foods list animal protein as the first ingredient only. ORIJEN® pet food, however, always includes animal protein in the first 5 ingredients, leaving out low-cost ingredients like corn, tapioca or potatoes. Learn more about how the first 5 ingredients in ORIJEN® are helping your pet thrive.

INGREDIENTS WE LEAVE OUT

ORIJEN® leaves out low-cost ingredients in favor of protein-rich animal ingredients, including essential amino acids, nutrients and minerals from WholePrey ratios of organs, meat, poultry or fish, cartilage and bones.

TRANSITION INSTRUCTIONS

Dogs fed the same food for a long period of time can have difficulty adapting their digestive systems to new food. That’s why it’s important to introduce new food gradually. Going slowly will give your dog time to adjust and will also reduce the chances of digestive upset. Start by mixing 25 percent new food with 75 percent old food. Slowly increase the new food proportionately over the next 10-14 days until you are feeding 100 percent new food.
